@Myke: Oh hell yeah we still like Warmachine! In fact, warn your miniatures before you move up that they are in for a strict workout regimen. Ever since Johnny Tagalog gave both of us a swift ass-beating we've been listening to Eye of the Tiger, punching meat, etc. while making the miniatures do laps around the field. Enron has been building terrain like a madman. I've switched over to Cygnar and we're about to try our first game at the 750 point level in the next few days (hopefully).

The new army book is coming out later in summer. Supposed to be much more like Escalation than Apotheosis, in that it has a variety of unit types instead of just a few unique models for each army.

I think what killed Settlers for most of you guys must have been those two 7-player games we played in a row, aka the "HELP ME" sessions. Man those sucked. Settlers was not meant to be played with more than 4 people. Also we played it about nine million times in a row. That may well have also contributed to the abrupt burnout factor. Ah well! I stand by it as a good casual family game though. I mean, objectively, we had a LOT of fun with that one before we overplayed it.
