My feet are cold

O: I feel for you. Moving is the blurst. Its stressful and a lot of work. You never realize how much crap you have until you have to pack it all up. Everytime I move I am amazed at how much crap I have aquired. I was surprised yesterday when I realized that the 12th is in a week.

Ja -El: Hmmm Cyber eh? Been a long time since I tried that. I never liked it. Too wierd. Might as well just look at pr0n online or in your private stash is what I determined.

Moving Update:

Moving van shows up in 48 hours. Holy fuck, do I have a lot left to do/pack, even with the charitable donation guy showing up yesterday and looting half my house.

*freaking out*
LOL!

Johny Five, you will be found guilty and sentenced to listen to 24 hours straight of OY DATS MY LEG if you cannot produce screen shots and/or video of this encounter. I know, I know.. a guy only has so many hands.. but you could have at least taken one off the MOUSE for a second to hit the screenie button a few times. Hehe..

A whole new side of (beef) World of warcraft...

Last night, was definitely an eye-opener, as to what can happen if you stay up until 3 am in the morning. It also strengthens the game improvement theories I mentioned to Jon a few weeks ago. Just hanging out in a virtual world, separates a thin thin line between what's real and whats not. The only restriction is the actual character emotes in the game programming. So my theory to jon was this... why not have a fighting game incorporating character developement such as in the Sims? Developement of character happiness and relationships in the virtual world is just as important as fighting monsters and leveling. Look at the psuedo Ebay at Iron forge. Ebay is a success, but so is IF AH. The time people spend there figuring out it's intricacies, speaking from experience, is just a tad less than the actual time spent questing. Would it not be cool if you can see ur character hug another? Just a thought.

But moving on to Thyberx... so I was innocently standing in the AH, running up some calculations on how to make more gold, donning my new guild tabard. My guildies started bombarding me with tells and for some reason some strangers were also asking me what price they should sell *khoo's point* (my blue magical spear). So i was busy telling back, when all of a sudden a tall hot, Elven vixen who's name i won't disclose, whispered in my ear asking if "she knew me from somewhere". We conversed a bit, on my guild, and what not. We offered each other some items and i offered her some potions all the while with little bits of pleasantry. Now at this time, i wasn't quite sure if she was a he, and a little innocent coo went on here and there, such as a hug, or a smile and we talked about how hot her character looked. I decided to take off my talbard to show her how hot my character was with his abs showing (from the half chestplate) and she agreed. That's when she disrobed and started dancing to my chagrin!! Going along with it, I got naked and started dancing, asking her if she liked it with the plate boots on and who was her daddy. u get the point. After we danced, then i asked her if she would like to duel and we went outside dueling naked with fist fighting. She started to tell me to punch her in the back of the head??? wtf? I found out though she was married and was 28 and was a canadian/german.

I figured she was quite a freaky german lady, and after a bit, we called it nites.

that was it.

So.. uh..

I've got three days until the movers show up.. (OMGWTFSTFU!)

Wow.. freaking out a little bit.

On a positive note.. had a cleaning crew (guy and wife) come over to the house tonight to give me a bid on helping paint a couple of rooms, clean both bathrooms and the kitchen as well as generally clean the rest of the house. I was thinking I'd get something in the ballpark of $400-600 for that kind of work at LEAST.. and the dude thought about it, talked to his wife in Russian for a bit and asked me if $150 would be ok. I said "A HUNDRED AND FIFTY?" (to which, the guy made a facial expression of abject terror, thinking I was saying he was overcharging me..lol).. I told him I wouldn't settle for paying him anything less than $200 and being there myself to lend a hand. Their reaction was kind of a bit of confusion when struck with my counteroffer.. but we shook on it and they'll be over Wednesday morning for breakfast and cleaning.

Man, THAT is a serious load off.. no painting and long hours of scrubbing for me!

Aw man, I thought you had gone entertainingly insane.

I know I'm disappointed. Here's a picture of everyone's favorite bespectacled woman to soothe the soul.

The Car Was A Joke

Just to be clear. I just thought it looked cool and had a high price. I don't have one. To be clear.
EEEY!!! Firetree name: Oshbigun

Honestly, the new server is cool and starting a new character on a brand new server makes sense. But i don't foresee anyone actually following through any characters to 60th level or even keeping up with the pace at which those full time wow nerds level... so I pretty much rather spend my time on my existing char Allodin the Palodin, and just take my bruisings. Plus, duelling is so much fun. I spend more time dueling now than leveling, and what's great about this game???? nothing is fast, not even duels. Rudy and I can duel for 20-40 minutes. I can literally see my lay on hands (a 60 min recharce) recharge. Also, the pheonix royal guards might recruit me. Apparently they go on crazy raids every friday, which will be fun. At heart, i will always be an actionteam guild member.

Eyrick - on car - Damn nice car... but the sticker price (doh! *stroke*)

Tuesday, March 01, 2005

Lol- i was telling friends at work that I knew someone who got that car! My rep with Technicolor had gone up .002 points!

On Firetree I'm NEEDLES and I can't remember Jael's name. BUT, I've lately been playing with Rico again cuz Jael and Jon are about the same lvl and I'm not so far ahead that I don't get xp when playin with them. Plus I'm hooked on dueling - I play for 1 hour and get no xp - perrrrfect!

Artic: I'm still strugglin ahead - will post ya further information to come...
/pizza

So, I am going to cancel my WoW account and join up with Everquest II because they now have a function, the /pizza function, that will bring up the Pizza Hut online ordering website from inside Everquest.

Pretty cool, and at the same time, ugh.

And I'm not actually cancelling my WoW account, though it would be nice if Rudy and Johnny told me their names on the Firetree server so I could look them up. Or not. Hell, for all I know they changed their minds and are not on that server anymore.

Notes:

- Epic Warhammer Quest night was had on saturday, and the characters survived all the way to the village! Long live the (insert name of adventuring company here)!

- What up with Mike? Are you Dr. Jones yet?

- Going to the snow this weekend and plan on breaking at least one bone as I innertube and sled down snowy hillsides into various obstacles and pedestrians.

- I just bought one of these, if anyone wants a ride sometime.

- Arrested Development. Get it, rent it, Netflix it, watch it, live it.

*of course I'm kidding about the car*

Duel Masters

Johnny and I spent maybe 2 hours dueling today in Booty Bay. It was awesome! Keep in mind that there's a 9 lvl differnce between us, so pretty pathetic on my part that we were even throughout - maybe 3 wins each. Ok, maybe it wasnt 2 hours, but it was long! Here's some awesome screenies:

And here's a full ver of one of the shots - nice critical hit on this one!

BB Critcal Action!

Dude it was epic - we started the duels on the bow of this ship then we usually fell/jumped into the water and the epic matches ran throughtout the whole city - was friggin SO much fun omg. Rock on "Allodin"!

Status: Unemployed.

Where's the bug-eyed emote when you need it?

Wow.. so.. I'm sure it's going to hit me even harder on Monday when I don't have to go to work.. but I'm sort of freaking out a little bit. It'll all be ok. It'll all be ok. Hehe.. I'm repeating it like a mantra.

The movers will be here NEXT MONDAY. Yikes.

That means, we've got exactly two weeks and counting until Road Trip 2005 commences.

On that note.. I'm trying to figure out what the hell I'm going to be doing for that period of time between when the movers show up, Michelle leaves and then Eric/Aaron get here. I'm not going to have any furniture, no TV, no radio, no computer.. NO INTERNET OMG. The original plan was to just keep the two computer cases for safe transport in the car with us along with the "nice" guitar.. but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't keep the monitor and shiz out along with the box so I at least have something to do when I'm not patching walls and painting.

Ruday.. whenever you get the chance, brother. Although, before I leave would be bonus.. but it's not hyper critical. It isn't like we're going gold with the game next week. Thanks a ton for doing a concept piece.
