Good news Rudy, the dates you picked are actually for ProstiCon!

It's hard to believe it's only been a week since I left Costa Rica. One week ago I was having a fun time! Now I am not. Alas.

Although, today should be pretty good. Got Enron and some guys coming by to play the Descent expansion that makes the game into a campaign. At first glance it appears to do everything I'd want (make it a campaign, break it into shorter pieces). We'll see!

Fuck I hope I picked the correct dates... it's memorial week or some shit right? Hmm.. When I'm back at work on Monday I'll check it out. I coulda swore I pulled up some weird shit that said Kubla was wed-sunday.. fuck.

Kubla runs Friday the 23rd through Monday the 26th, d00d, so I think we all will be there with bells on. If you want to come up early and stay here for a night or two to fully take advantage of your vacation time, and see all the sights of Aptos, please do. We got a bed, some food, some showers, a 2 year old that is sleeping (or being quiet) until like 8 or 8:30 in the morning now, so it is all good.

Re Kubla: Without my trusty sidekick Denis in tow, I don't know if I am going to be able to pull off a special surprise project for the con. The Aliens board sort of went over like a lead balloon, but I am still inspired to spend some idle time trying to come up with a project to do. Any ideas? 3D Battle Cry could still be in the mix if I get some help painting and gathering all the 15mm ACW guys. I THINK I have all the Union (and casualties!) purchased, I just need the Confederates.

Anyone wanna help? Any painters out there? Denis, Enron, and J0rn, I'm looking at you...

Dang Johnny, that's rad. Goodluck with the yogurt shop! Hope that shit works out for you. One thing I always remember from our childhood (it's fuckin' random) is one time asking Matt Zizkin about his dad's job and he said his dad owned some KFCs or something. And he said he'd like go to the kfcs and cook the chicken n shit sometimes bahahaha. That's just such a weird fuckin' memory. Hope you don't gotta make the popcorn-chicken too man, fuck.

Hey, can I ever go visit you out there? I think that'd be a fuckin' rad trip. Expensive, but I'm sure if I planned like a year in advance I could make it happen.

OH, also I officially took a week vacation for the week of Kubla Con so I'm in! I know the con says it runs from wed-sunday, but you know, I'll see what the deal is as far as rooms and when you guys are going etc to head up there. Sounds fun.

1) I think i've forgiven her. I don't think she intended to make me wait. I posted that at 12 midnight when i arrived burnt out fromt he trip. "I got betta" in the morning. So anyway. I just needed to vent off, and what better place than the consolations of my silent friends with approval.
(I'm still pissed at the whole thing that happened, just not at the person)

2) I've decided to go forward with the yogurt idea. I'll be offically turning in my resignation sometimes next week. I've actually raised the 250,000 usd seed capital. I'll be blogging my progress periodically. Wish me luck and what does that mean? maybe i'll be converting the dunkin donus here! forget black flag. maybe the Pink will come in my shop. Chicks are hotter anyways.
