Hmm... bugger!
I knew that I shouldn't have forgotten the phone at home today! Doh! No, the number is correct, but as it's not here in my office, I can't answer it. Will ring when I get back home tonight. The idea of you heckling my first lecture makes me smile, but might just push my bladder over the edge of control on that day... we'll see! Yep, still buds, I thought YOU were the one who was mad!

S. Kellingtonphone still working.
S. Kelli-phone

I don't think that you're be truthful about your cell phone number Motorbyke. I have called numerous times today, as well as last time you were in town and it goes to voice mail and then you never call back... it's cause the PHONE doesn't work, right? Not becuase of some other reason, right? I mean, we're still buds, right? Right?

Also, are you Dr. Anderson yet?

Also, can I come and a) enjoy or b) heckle you at your first lecture on Monday?
Hey Myke, I'm still in town too dood! I know I blog even less often than you, but let's not forget Brian. Good old Brian.
Three Cheers

Well Myke, it is good to see you are back from the land of "Ninjas, Laser and Gold". We were all starting to get worried about you.

Yeah WoW is over it would seem. Be glad that you didnt get into it. Some of the guys here were about ready for an intervention it was getting so bad. Were talking like 8-10 hours a day of playing. I think Johnny had the shakes yesterday after going cold turkey.

He's BAAACK!!!

So just wanted to send a little shout out to you all to let you know I'm back in El-Lay - busy as ever, but HOME! Course, Elrock is the only one of you who's still here (and don't tell anyone, but I think he's MAD about an email I sent him! Oh shit now he's MAD!) but I thought you'd like to know we share similar time zones at least... and of course, I still won't be able to play WoW, but then, it sounds like you're all over it anyway. I'm still enjoying Aliens vs. Predator 2 -- yeeehaw, fast computers ROCK! Btw, I start my 'Visiting lectureship' at UCLA on Monday... really, really scared about it, but I guess it's what I've been training for, so wish me luck!

Misty Eyed

Man, to see you guys put such a fitting end to your WoW characters has me all choked up! Currently Doc is vacationing on the beaches of Booty Bay, staying just out of reach of those dastardly lvl 43 pirates that roam the white sands. Cleo is picking sand out of her fur, and Stampy is probably feeling a little sad and neglected in the Animal Storage Units of Azeroth. I just don't know what Doc's final act should be, though the thought of killing Van Cleef before returning home to Coldridge Valley sounds pretty good to me. I just don't think that a lvl 40 hunter can do that friggin place alone, can he?

At long last

Allodin layed down his mighty stoneraven polearm and asked for a final blessing from the paladin gods - A Blessing of Peace. Handsomely, he rode his steed into the Great Iron Forge and rested his weary arms at the familiar tavern and looked around uneasily for a final time. He looked around intensely, nervously and then sadly, as he cleaned out his realmly possessions giving it to his guild brothers in arms and to rico. Through 58 levels of adventuring, he has sworn vengeange against the evil monsters that inhabited the lands, cleansing and smiting his foes till there were no more. And in the end he died as he was, a noble knight of Azeroth. Thus ends the final chapter. I'm a little sad. There is so much more to explore and to see. I think Allodin is more than just a character. He sort of morphed into an internet virtual alter ego for me. I guess that's why it's a little scary and makes me happy that i'm finally rid of the game.
