i was kinda kidding - well, i forgot that only 4 or 5 of us are playing, so yeah - great idea rude.
sorry for any misunderstanding.
super blood bowl needs to be played in person either up north or down here or maybe at a con thats near that time.
new unreal tourney demo is out - pretty cool - they got vehicles now like halo - its ok.
full sail beer is GOOD!

Okay... I can't quite work the math
If you buy 1 rental house... you still need a down payment of at least 5%, usually 10% unless you have suparb credit. So what is that kiyosaki guy talking about when he says you don't need anything to make money??

Ok... i put some thoughts into this:
Commercial apartment complex management -
If you can acquire a good complex, say from 50-100 units, in a great area, this in itself can be a profitable business. Commercial property loans are around 40% to 60% ratio, and with a net value of 3 million, I would just have to come up with 1.2 million in down payment. The monthly income from 100 units, with a 80% occupancy rate, say a net of 800 per unit, is around 64000. The monthly installment payment at 6% interest at 30 years is about 20000-30000. That's a net of around 34000 a month.
It's an idea that I would like to investigate more on. Do you guys know anyone in this business?

I'm CRAZY MADD! Rudy will be sleeping with the fishes and snails or hanging from a meat hook or some italian mob death. Anyone seen Goodfellas? Kind of like casino. Didn't like Goodfellas quite as much, but maybe it's because I saw casino first. Anyhow, I was just messing around with rudys brain... I don't care where the 10 bucks goes... really.

The Supar Action Cup v1.1
Okay, here are the rules and the schedule as I see it so far, any changes, etc. are welcomed:
RULES -
1) Play your scheduled game by the end of the two week period.
2) Each team plays each other team once, ie Round Robin style.
3) Win = 3pts, Draw = 1pts, Loss = 0pts, ties are broken with wins/head-to-head/goals scored
4) Any team in the "Open" division is legal for play, and any team can be abandoned any time for another team, of course all points are lost and you start over...
5) At the end of the 10 weeks, the first and second place teams will play for The Supar Action Cup! No other playoffs will be played.
6) $10.00 entrance fee.
7) Prizes: The 2 finalists will recieve a custom CafePress T-Shirt (pending copyright infringement issue avoidance), and the rest of the money will be split up between the teams with the league leaders for TD's Scored, Casualties, and the last place team...

Oh my! I knew they were having a really bad year, but... I didnt realize they have lost 12 in a row, 11 home games in a row, and have a GF/GA differencial of negative 101. That's an average loss by about two goals a game. D'oh! Hate to be that team. If I have said it once, I have said it a hundred times. The league needs to contract. Kill 6 teams and we are good. That would bring creativity back into the league. And costs. Get rid of the teams that are hemmoraging badly. And the Kings? 7 above .500 with a boat load of injuries. Cool!
In other news, I do not believe I will be down for LuvCon. I have certain Valentine duties to be completed here. AKA dinner n' stuff.
Ja -eL: You still want to hang this weekend. Sunday? We'll kill ALL the vampyres.

Your daddy?
I donno, but you can be my bitch Johnny. I guess that would make me Elrocks Daddy. No seriously, I dont know about that johnny. Those badges may be a special color. Then instead of being up 10 dollars, we will be down 15. But I like the idea. We could put eric in a shopping cart dressed up like a stroller and then put a bonnet on him. Elrock? We'll just say he is half ogre. "That's Ogre you asshole". That'll explain why is so big and ugly. The catch? We'll have to feed him bones and give 'em a big club.
Speaking of which, who is attending KublaKhan? Memorial Day, May 28-31. So far I know for sure johnny and I are in. Any takers? Elrock? Jon? Rudy? Ry? SOme one ask Peter and Denn'ish.
Rude: That Punk Flash is pretty sweet. A lot of fun playing around with the different sounds. It sounds pretty good too.

Okay... According to an advertisement on Kublacons website, there is a 10 dollar discount for the parents who purchases a full convention badge for their kid. Now I figure.... Parents only have to pay 15 dollars (25 normal price minus 10 for the discount). If two of us are the parents, we can buy "our kid" a full convention badge at 25 dollars. That way we can save an extra 20 bucks!
I think that would be a great plan!
