So my new endeavor is to excavate an entire Stronghold (the place where the portal is housed to get to the end). It is a herculean task, since it is fairly deep underground, large, and in the case of the one I just discovered, it's underwater too.
I think that Enron is certainly up for the challenge, but it also sounds like something that Pumpkin could get into as well. All I'm saying is that its $15 for 125 hours of server time on Minefold, AND I can offer you hours of mindless digging and sorting of materials BUT WITH A PURPOSE!

Yeah, it's a Soderberg joint. I've appreciated most of his recent films like Haywire and Contagion, but haven't really loved any of them. He's super talented but not always my style. This new one, which I read he says is his last film ever, is entertaining and reminded me of a modern day Hitchcock flick. Really cool score too.
I'd play Ora & Labora sometime. It looks like it handles the crazy refreshing of resources better than Agricola with the wheel thingy it's got going on.

Convenient posting! Was just playing Le Havre with the ladywife tonight and thinking that I need something to keep those chits organizized. I'm eager to give Ora et Labora a shot -- Kubla! Kubla!
Rude -- is that the Soderbergh movie? I just heard about that today. Sounds interesting. That dude came out with a ton of interesting sounding flicks in the last couple years, but I haven't seen any!

And thanks to all the gaming I was "persuaded" to pick up Ora & Labora. The game is in the tradition of Agricola/Le Havre. Worker management, building and production. You are running a monastery during the middle ages. There is a France and Ireland variant. You either produce wine or whiskey. Hurray for drunken monks! No viking raids though. I am going to sleeve the cards and promptly put the box away.

I have to try that suggested order. I haven't even seen the last of the new movies, I'm so out of the loop. I might just show my kid Space Balls and Ice Pirates and hope that knock-off 99 cent store toys are close enough.

Watching Star Wars with the boy for the first time. I couldn't help but grin as the Star Destroyer came past the screen in the opening scene chasing Leia's ship with lasers shooting everywhere and Bennett let out a "whooooaaaa" :)
I don't own Ep. 1-3, so we'll just have to do this old school and go 4-6.
