Yep, it's ours.

We're broke, but the house is ours. We get to initially share it with some various fungus' and molds growing in some of the more moist areas of the bathroom and garage, and I've heard we also may have a skunk living under the house, so while it's technically ours, we do have some roommates.

I can attest to the excellence of the little hockey puck known as Roku. I have a Roku 2 and it is a great little box. Much more reliable than the xbox for Netflix streaming. Xbox used to stutter all the time for us. I understand the 3 was just released and has an updated interface that is a lot more like the Apple TV interface.

I suggest a Roku! Has all the apps, HbO Go Netflix Hulu etc but no Xbox fees! The one I got was $40 bucks but since then I think higher end models have dropped to that price. For realsies, it's worth it.
