I think I played up through the level 4 quests? It was fun, but yeah, I think you may need to buy in to get through everything. Wouldn't mind trying multiplayer sometime though.
Why, yes, I WOULD like to finish our Dungeon Crawl Classics sessions a week from Saturday at 8:00! Thank you so much for asking!

| Cardhunter WAS fun..
...then I hit the free to play cap. I'm going on record as saying that the level 7 adventure Throne of Stench is impossible without some SERIOUS grinding of the lower level adventures with the hopes of getting epic loot, or buying your way to victory. It's just too hard, the cards are stacked to firmly against you (pun intended), and I declare it impossible. IMPOSSIBLE, I say!
That being said, it was a pretty fun ride for free!

Yeah, that looks like a fun game! Another one I've got that looks good (and supports online coop) is Monaco. It's kinda pricey right now but hopefully they will throw it on sale at some point in the near future.
Maybe one of you guys posted this in the distant past and I missed it because I'm an asshole, but have you seen Lasagna Cat? Every episode follows the same premise: a live reenactment of a Garfield strip, followed by a musical "tribute" to Jim Davis. It's pretty frickin' weird but I think it's hilarious. Representative example: moustache!
The same guys also did a bunch of other weird shit like these alternative TV intros. I think I've posted the Doogie Howser one before, but I just watched the Golden Girls one and it's also pretty frickin' funny. The Duck Tales alternative is both funny and disturbing.
Apparently as their day jobs, they made those pretty funny Old Spice commercials from a few years back. Go them!
