Well, the DSL connection my folks got included a wireless router, which I set up today. I had to drop eighty bucks on an Airport card, which stung a little, but I am now capable of using the Internet from the privacy of my own bed. It's just way too weird.

All of my Netflix movies have been kind of a bust lately--I guess that's the breaks when you essentially sign up for everything under the sun. "Panic Room," "Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!," and the documentary "Sherman's March" have all been pretty bad. On the other hand the Charlie Chaplin movie "The Great Dictator" has some damn funny moments. Next up: Chapelle's Show and Freaks & Geeks.
