I dunno if this is all old news to yous guys, but I found this site that allows you to play most of the Infocom games through telenet or something. http://infocom.elsewhere.org/choose.html

I don't exactly know what telenet is, but it worked- hrm. Checking out The Lurking Horror - never played it b4. They also have good color scans of all the books for the games.
