Wow! Thanks guys! That's a lot of useful information and I really appreciate the help. I'm planning to seriously start looking soon, so I might be heading up there for a visit. I'll let you know. I think I'll have to opt for more cost but no room mates - with the stresses of my first year I'll need to be able to guarantee work time (especially if we expect to have time for Warmachine!
