This New Old House

Okay, so far our only bid on another house was infact a Pat Killen design (one of the four cookie-cutter-tall-and-skinny houses on Corona Street, incase you are familiar with them Enron) and the sellers are pricks and asking WAY too much, so that one is no good. However, in preparation of us putting the house on the market we are getting the downstairs bathroom redone, some painting done, and the roof replaced. So, if we don't get any offers that are realistic on our house, or it's just not worth what we think it is (there are no similar properties in the area to compare the value to), we get a much improved house to live in. We are also cleaning and boxing almost everything in the house so people can come and check it out for open houses without being turned off by our amount of crap. The bookcases in the dungeon stay however.... so everyone will know just how nerdy and Satanic the previous owners are!

BCMP Update: No progress has been made, I'm just not sure I will be able to finish by Kublacon! Yikes! A wedding, work and possible sale of the house has put a kink in my plans....
