That's pretty surprising about the PS3 controller. Although, I don't think the "Wii" has anything to fear. First of all, you're still holding a dual-shock controller. The strength of the Nintendo thingie is that it's basically a straight object that you can hold in all kinds of configurations. Also, it looks pretty tacked-on on the PS3 whereas it's the Nintendo thing's whole point of existence. And the PS3 controller has no rumble feature. Whatup with that.
Plus you know whenever they offer two packages, what they really mean is "buy the expensive one if you're smart and the cheaper one if you're stupid." The Xbox 360 "tard pack" is proof of that. Six hundred is a lotta bones for a console.
No doubt it'll have some awesome games on it though. A couple people from work are taking a road trip down to LA to go to E3... for some reason it sounds much more fun than it ever did when it was just a matter of driving 15 miles to downtown to go.
