Why the leg humping O Rugs?

Well I am sure most of you are aware, but Doom3 comes out on the 3rd of August. They also just released the final trailer. Man does it look good. Stiff requirements though. I make them by a bit, but not a lot. If you dont have 1.5Ghz or a Radeon8500/Geforce3, your not going to make the cut. If you want to see what they are in more detail and how your rig will perform, they have a pretty rigerous set of tests at HardOCP. They also have a lot of screenshots of different quality settings.
