Religion:

I haven't studied it too much, but I find it pretty interesting. As cheesy as the Dan Brown books are (Da Vinci Code & Angels/Daemons) they bring up some pretty interesting things about the creation of the catholic church and all that shit. I haven't followed up any of the stuff in those books with any research, but ya - it makes sense.

I've read and listened to a lot of Alan Watts lectures, and he has some really interesting insight/perspectives on religion. You can grab a lot of em on Kazza - they used to play him on KPFK, but I don't think they do anymore.
