Now that your store is going to be opened soon, can you still make it to Kublacon during May? You can probably begin setting up a booth, but Returns vs. Cost. You should have a friend distribute flyers in Strategicon about a grand opening date and 10 % disconunt flyers. Maybe even do a membership points redemption program for frequent buyers.

Have you considered stocking sex toys? har har... jkjkjk... but the idea of blow up elf dolls... may have a discovered niche market.
