I've been wondering if it is possible/legal under the program to buy some piece of shit car, and then immediately turn it in under the Cash for Clunkers program. Like if you could buy some piece of crap for $2500 and then turn it in for a $3500 or $4500 credit.

(Don't fuck up and pay $10k for the Jeep, then turn that in for a $4500 credit... that's not what we're talking about here dude.)
