| Two rooms for sure? For Three nights?

One last comment before I we go forward on the rooms. I am going to assume that the hotel policy is the consistent with last year's policy. They do not allocate or reserve specific rooms prior to check in. This leaves us at the mercy of the specific occupancy complexion at check in time. Last year I had to work with the desk staff to get the one atrium room, as it was the only available at that time. It is very unlikely we will be able to get two adjacent and even less likely to get two adjacent rooms AND an atrium view if we check in on Friday. The problem is the hotel is typically at or near capacity by Friday of Memorial day weekend. The only way to have a great deal of likelihood of getting the rooms we want, would most likely entail booking and checking into the rooms on Thursday night. I leave it up to the group to decide if they would like to spend an extra $35/person ($125/night x 4 nights x 2 rooms / 7 Actionteamers = $142.86 or roughly $35 more than 3 nights). Two Kubla Cons events ago we had such a killer room because Elzar checked in on Thursday. Now I will try my best again this year, assuming 2 rooms @ 3 nights and will try and arrive much earlier, but in talking with the desk agent, that may not really change the options in our favor, it will just represent a different outcome.

Please advise and confirm gents, otherwise I will stick with two rooms and three nights.
