War should be fought like the Civil War and/or Revolutionary war. It should be a law. A global law. There would be a lot less war, thats for damn sure.

And as a happy last thought, let's not forget about N.Korea and their 2 million troops and nukular weapons factories, so once we dispose of the tyrant that is the LEAST of our worries as far as "Safety for the American People" is concerned, we get to go to full-on war with the absolutely insane N.Korean jackass.
