That reminds me of the upcoming movie "I Am Number 4" being produced by Michael Bay and Spielbergo. It's based on fake YA written by that fuck James Frey and another ghost writer using a fake name. Anyways, they produce this YA strictly to create franchises and to license movie and various other rights out. So for I Am No 4, they'd sold the rights to Bay/Spiel before it was finished being written, and Spielberg told them to add more detail to the main sword in the story so it would be easier to market as a toy. Shady mother fuckers, one and all.

I still need to find out if I got the vacation time I requested for Gen Con. I'll know for sure before any of the deadlines come up. But I asked for the week off around it so I should be a yes.
