| It's a perfectly cromulent word

I agree. Facebook just gets muddy. That interface is a perfect example of kitchen sink UI design. Inbiggened to the fullest potential. The sad part is, it works well enough to be wildly popular, despite the grumblings of many-a user. I do find the quick post and community responses very fun. Like twitter but with direct interactivity. What gets me is that I just don't feel motivated enough to log in to Facebook and post. Unlike the Action "Jackson" Team where the login doesn't seem to be the obstacle so much as coming up with something worth saying.
