Oh man sounds awesome! I just called Enron but he's not answering his phone. FTW man. Anyway my girlfriend is looking at an apartment very near Enron's at 11:00 and we can walk down there right afterward -- we could be there maybe 11:30 - 11:45. We were planning on going downtown as well. Hooray, synchronicity! I will bring my gumbo pants and perhaps even wear them.
I discovered the magic instant coma inducing formula last night. Two parts gumbo, two parts dark beer. Aaron and Ayemie were unconscious in olympic record setting time. Well. It was that or the eating and drinking at 1 in the morning. But, my vote's on the gumbo and malted adult beverage.
Anyhow.. we've got a metric ton of left-overs so you're in luck. Heh. Aaron's going to the store for some Bisquick as we speak. Er. As I type. ... because he's a lying sack of shit and said we had some last night. What an asshole! So, if you're in for some gumbo crepes, you're so in for a treat. And by treat, I mean nausea.
Eh.. so.. yeah. We're going to probably make our way down to the downy down town and pick up some shorts or pants or other crotch covering garment for me, as my wife packed my travel bag to-the-fucking-brim full with pajamas but somehow I didn't get packed any socks or shoes or power cord for my shaver or shorts or ass lube. Not that I was expecting to have ass lube packed, but when you're staying at Aaron's place, you never know.
Where was I. Dunno. I'm in a post-beer-gumbo haze this morning. But, seriously. I picked up a bunch of goodies for crepes last night at Trader Jose's and I'm going to get a-cookin' here shortly as soon as the DEEF mute shows up with the aforementionedly (new word!) promised Bisquick. If you're in, dial 867-5309 for a good time. Or, come over.

Ah man. Gumbo sounds awesome, sorry I missed it. Basically last night I ate dinner, came home, and went to sleep at 10:15. Yeah -- what a partier. Anyway, are you guys are doing anything in the city today before you go to Oakland? I will probably have to give the East Bay tonight a pass. Yesterday was my girlfriend's last day at her unbearably shitty job after a very long eight months, and we're going to do something to celebrate.
The weather up here has been really weird lately. Thursday night was the nicest day I've seen all year, and at night it was still and hot. Friday the fog came rolling in and last night it rained. Now I'm sitting here with a cup of coffee and wearing my zebra-striped slippers, and I'm still cold. Maybe tomorrow there'll be hail, or maybe there'll be fragments of molten lava hurling from the skies. Who knows, in the wacky urban environment!

No worries. Just wanted to put out the invitation. If he's interested as remaining anonymous under a different name, he's more than welcome to join in the banter. Hey, BTW.. we've tried calling you several times now tonight for some midnight madness. And.. by madness I mean gumbo we've been making from scratch for hours. Anyhow, if you're still up (and interested), give us a call.. we're going to be up until at least 1am drinking beers and eating up the seafood gumbo.

Yeah Eric - I'm working till 6pm everyday, so I don't think I can make that 6:30 one. :( Get whatever is most convient for yall. Damn! The con ends Sunday mid-day? I wanted to try for free shit from TSR everday. Well, yeah - guess count me out of the Dungeon Game, and as the con draws nearer, i can figure out my availabilty to just hang with you all and play some rpg's or something.

New Roll Call As of Tonight
Enron, Elric, Dr. Featherbottom, Davedefeat, and Pump-a-kin: Full bore con, starting thursday.
Jon: Con starting friday night
Rudy: Con starting saturday night, maybe.
FYI, the con ends Sunday, so we will be vacating the premises like it were a monday at the old cons.
That means I suppose I should get the tickets for say, 6.30 - 8.30pm saturday night? Currently the last available is 8.30 - 10.30 saturday night.
Which one? Is there a chance you might not make the 6.30 Rudy?
Arrested Development Season II is out. Netflix season one, everyone, I don't care how many movies are in your cue, or how much your girlfriend will be pissed, move AD to the TOP OF THE LIST, watch them all in a row, then do the same thing for season II. Then when the Bassball playoffs are over, you can enjoy season III come november 7th.

Haylee's first birthday party was a raging success.. lots 'o fun! She had a rad fuzzy pointy pink hat with a huge #1 on it. I've got a picture.. I'll have to host/post it here real quick-like. Thanks so much for the super cute outfit, big E! Can't wait to be able to return the favor. Weee!
As for my impending trip to San-Fran/Oaktown.. I'm flying in tomorrow morning, bitches! So, eh.. trying to call Aaaaaaaron and getting voicemail solemente. Need to get the 411 on how to get to your pad from the airport via the barthalamueu system, and how I'm going to go about obtaining entry to said pad. Now, I know we've got a long and sordid history of doing B&E when the need has arisen.. but if I can avoid it, I think I want to. Heh.
Are there any other Action-Jackson Team members in the greater area with nothing to do on Thursday? I'm up for some carousing the town, or just hanging out and effing off, too. Actually, I'd really like to find a good market so I can at least cook for my boarding. The rest is just bone-ass. So, yeah. Like that.
But, eh.. I do need to get in touch with the Aaronious one sometime tonight. So, like.. if you read this and you haven't called me yet, please do so. I know you gave me your address a week ago, but the envelope on which it was written has been "cleaned up"... so I need that again too.. =)

Looks like through December I'll be working 6 10 hour shifts a week. Monday thru Saturday. SO, while I'll probably drag my tired-ass to the con friday night, I wont show up on Saturday until after 6pm. Ugh, that sucks. Well, go for the Dungeon time that fits you all the best, don't worry about me. Think I'm already taken some time off for Thanksgiving, so I doubt I'll be able to swing saturday for the con also. Will be there that night and all Sunday though.

It shows up in IE and it exists on the server, obviously, but after multiple re-FTP's and site publishes, it still won't show....
...maybe after this post it will fix it.

Im going in and I am going in full con. Got my tickets last night. I arrive at LAX wednesday eve and return on sunday eve. SO glad I do not have to do that fuXzOr drive this time. Ugggg... I had no desire to make it without Jorn or Ja -El accompanyment either. Man flights are expensive right now.
