- Wifi at starbucks is pretty cool - I got disconnected once after I wrote the first draft of this blog but that was my fault cuz i didn't complete the registration and starbux booted me off their server. But enjoying a naked breeze and doing internet is cool, but it is only limited for 2 hours.

- I flew down to Fremont today and met with a Sr. Engineer manager for a larger router manufacturer. He gave me a project to get me on the AVL list. If I get on, I'm back in Fremont!

I just have to wait for the next one to "fall off" the back of a truck. Maybe I will go over Jon's one night and make his fall off the truck. Yes!

Finally, the PS3 price comes more in line with the other game boxes. We will see how it impacts sales. Personally I think Sony will see a good uptick this holiday season to the detriment of the other console's market share. I dislike the new design, not that the old design was great, because it wasn't, but the new one just looks cheap. The 80GB unit can still be had for $299, although it is bigger... Then again, I do my best to hide game consoles anyway since none of them really do much for my already cluttered living room.

I can't seem to open up port 16962. Any help? I checked into the router and did all that port forwarding and open junk... which is easy. But when i test the connection with the websites and free checker software, it doesn't work.

I think we SHUD do some comedy skits of some sort. It'll be fun. Rudy AKA break out the Bignutzecles has a battle down with Jael AKA Hump-O-sydon and Eric AKA (___) next time we're at the con-. I'm totally inspired by FOTC, not to be mixed with WOTC, dem white and nerdy, funny shit.

I don't know too much about ol' SK...

I would like to try and get Mancon going on the holiday weekend, however the problem with that is Leslie has the week off prior and will be taking Wylie out of school that week to poo-poo potty train all week and might resent me for the rest of my life if the weekend after she has been ankle deep in poop, I take off.

Anyone (by which I guess I mean Eric, since I think we're the only fans) checked out season 2 of flight of the conchords yet? I'm working my way through the set. The first episode was a dud, but it gets pretty much back to normal hilarity after that. I can't get Too Many Dicks out of my head, for example.

- That was supposed to say 'Among the Dead' but I thought the typo looked cool enough to leave well alone. It might be my next WoW or D&D characters name, time will tell.

- Been busy and burnt out at night from work so I pretty much have the time and patience for like 30 minutes to an hour of WoW right now, but I will absolutely get this next BB game done this week. Scouts Honor. (Suckers, I was never a TRUE scout, only a Webelos).

- And then there is the potty training going on, which for us anyway, has been some added stress and time/brain sink. Oh yeah, and either family or work functions every weekend for what seems like forever now.

- Ryan, call me for tech support. I dare you. I double dog dare you mother effer, call me one more god damn time.

- My video card went kaput last night. It was a poopy card anyhow, but it worked and now I need to schedule and spend money and time on a new one. Blarg.

- And, not that it is a big surprise, I am officially addicted to caffeine. I get headaches without it and don't like that feeling so I am officially riding the Dark Mistress of Beans Pony til the end of days.
